November 16th ,17th & 18th provided an opportunity for the Kern County Search & Rescue to host a Track Camp at Breckenridge Campground in the Sequoia National Forest. We invited Instructors, Fernando and Travis from the Washoe County Sheriffs Search & Rescue.

    As seen above one of the exercises was the identification and recording of tracks. The class also covered  the techniques of Night Tracking, Crime scene Preservation and Identification, and Sign Cutting.

    I would like to thank all of the participants and a special thanks to Steve & Sue for providing the cook Trailer. I know that Travis enjoyed the camp Corn.
